Slow going, but forward progress

Welcome to the Armored Penguin blog!

First post!!! (Sorry, had a slashdot moment…)

Well, here’s the blog. Things are starting to take shape for the podcast. The studio is coming together, still working out the logistics of recording. I have the sound board and mic set up, but a friend is loaning me a USB adapter to hook it to the computer.

I would like to thank a few people up front. Dave Yates, for pushing me to do it, Matt Larson (yes, that one) for coming up with the name (I was going to call it the Linux Security Podcast) and Jimmy Payne for helping me set up the web part and hooking me up with the bandwidth for the feeds.

Since I’m fairly clue-free on the web, I need all the help I can get. I tend to be a subject matter expert (those subjects being Linux and security), but the support infrastructure is all new to me.
